Remote Android Developer (Volunteer)

About the role

Easy2Go is building a delivery platform that connects customers, merchants, and riders in growing cities. We are looking for a remote Android Developer to help design, develop, and maintain our mobile application during the MVP phase. This is a contract‑based volunteer position that offers hands‑on experience with a real‑world startup product.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for the Easy2Go Android app using modern development standards.
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth communication between the mobile client and backend services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into functional UI components.
• Debug, test, and optimise code to improve performance and reliability.
• Maintain clean, scalable code architecture and follow version‑control best practices.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for learning.
• Interest in contributing to a startup project with real business impact.

Required skills

• Android application development.
• Flutter framework.
• REST API integration.
• Git/GitHub workflow.
• Familiarity with Node.js (optional).
