Regional Store Coordinator – Delta Region

About the role

The Regional Store Coordinator will partner with Sun King’s operations team to ensure the Delta region has the inventory capacity needed to launch new stores and grow existing ones. This onsite role involves managing warehouse stock, coordinating shipments, and supporting store executives across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory at the regional warehouse, record goods received and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate with third‑party transporters to deliver goods to Sun King stores on time and in good condition.
• Prepare weekly on‑hand stock reports and share them with the Country Store Manager.
• Communicate any shortages, theft, or loss and follow up on unexplained variances.
• Conduct physical inventory counts for retail stores on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Train and support Store Executives (SSEs), fill in during their leave, and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.
• Handle faulty product returns to HQ and ensure proper documentation, including police reports when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least two years of progressive experience in procurement, supply, or inventory management within a multinational environment.
• Strong judgment, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Result‑oriented multitasker and effective team player.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management applications.
