Regional Business Manager – South East Nigeria (Lagos)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive business growth, oversee operations and strengthen client relationships in South East Nigeria, based in Lagos. The role focuses on expanding market presence within the public sector and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with government agencies and partners to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Lead, mentor and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies and partners.
• Strengthen client relationships across the region to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (Master’s degree desirable).
• 5‑8 years of experience in business development, especially in the public sector, operations management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of the South West Nigeria public sector business environment and market dynamics.
• Excellent presentation skills.
