Quality Trade & Complaints Specialist – North Region

About the role

The Quality Trade & Complaints Specialist will serve as the frontline technical representative for customers across Eastern Nigeria, handling technical complaint investigations, bakery support, quality audits and customer relationship management to ensure optimal flour performance and protect brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations and technical audits at customer bakeries, distribution outlets, and trade locations.
• Diagnose flour and bakery performance issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collect technical evidence, analyze findings, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Supervise bakery trials to evaluate flour performance and support product optimisation.
• Manage customer complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate product sampling and laboratory analysis to support investigations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of flour functionality, baking processes, and bakery performance evaluation.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root causes of technical and quality issues.
• Ability to interpret laboratory results and translate findings into practical bakery solutions.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
