Quality of Technical Documentation Engineer

About the role

ADASTEC is seeking a Quality of Technical Documentation Engineer to support the creation, management, and quality assurance of documentation related to its SAE Level‑4 automated driving software platform. The role works closely with system development and OEM teams to ensure that all technical documents meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support general documentation, report creation, and follow‑up processes, including test studies, safety/security analysis visualisation, and transfer to the Requirement Management System.
• Conduct ISO 9001 quality and ASPICE development process follow‑up studies.
• Analyse potential intellectual property rights and prepare application documents.
• Perform literature research and contribute to system development studies to improve product and process quality.
• Collaborate with OEM teams to enhance product quality (flowride.ai) and generate necessary documentation.
• Prepare focused documents that provide evidence for the Safety Case structure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical‑Electronics engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in reporting and evaluation in English, such as homologation or tender management.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• General knowledge of automated vehicles and quality management.
• No travel restrictions.
