Lubrication Technician

About the role

The Lubrication Technician ensures that all plant equipment is properly lubricated, maintaining optimal performance and reliability in a cement production environment. You will work closely with the lubrication foreman and other plant personnel to support safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lubricate all plant equipment according to schedule and technical standards.
• Record any anomalies observed during lubrication activities.
• Monitor lubricant stock levels and report weekly to the Lube Supervisor.
• Track consumption of oils and greases dispensed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the lubrication area.
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of used or dirty rags.

Required profile

• UCDI, NTC/NBC‑NABTEC or N.D qualification in Mechanical Engineering (advantage).
• 2+ years experience in heavy‑industry operations or similar sector.
• 1‑5 years experience with rotating machines, equipment maintenance, and condition monitoring in refinery, power or heavy‑process plants.
• Familiarity with cement plant equipment and technical lubrication standards.
