Project Manager

About the role

Blue Creations Media is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior decoration and construction projects in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering projects from concept to handover while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise interior decoration and construction projects from start to completion.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets and work plans, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage procurement, ensure material quality, and control project expenses.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports and documentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and handling queries.
• Oversee project handover and resolve any outstanding defects.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience managing interior decoration, renovation or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP and interior design drawings.
