Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead on‑site execution of architectural, interior fit‑out and workspace projects for Micdee Design Limited in Lagos. You will ensure that all works follow approved drawings, specifications and company standards while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on‑site activities for architectural, interior fit‑out and workspace projects.
• Coordinate daily site operations to achieve project milestones on time.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve site challenges and delays.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, artisans and suppliers, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Oversee delivery and installation of materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Verify completed work before approval and recommend payments.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Identify defects or non‑conformities and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Building Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in site management, interior fit‑out, workspace and office fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience in construction supervision and project site coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, interior finishes and site operations.
• Resident of Lagos.
