Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Project Lead to drive on‑site deployments of building management and automation systems across commercial and industrial sites. The role combines technical troubleshooting, team leadership, and end‑to‑end project delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site installations of BMS, SCADA, access‑control, fire‑safety and heavy‑door systems (e.g., ASSA ABLOY, Schweiss, Megadoor).
• Build, train and supervise field technicians to ensure quality workmanship.
• Diagnose hardware, electronic and protocol failures (Modbus, BACnet, RS485, IP) and devise real‑time logic or wiring work‑arounds.
• Conduct Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), verify technical completion and hand over projects to the Maintenance Support Team.
• Sequence installation tasks, manage material allocation and enforce strict safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in ELV, BMS or industrial automation, with at least 2 years leading site installation teams.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and single‑line diagrams (SLDs) and configure PLCs/controllers.
• Proven track record of isolating power/signal faults and troubleshooting board‑level electronics under field pressure.
• Deep knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, RS485, IP) and major OEM systems such as Schneider Electric and ASSA ABLOY.
• Field‑first mindset with a commitment to meeting execution deadlines.
