Production Manager

About the role

Labeta Drugs Limited is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations for its pharmaceutical products. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production, compliance with quality standards, and timely delivery of output.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and team members.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor raw material usage, equipment performance, and overall process efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production challenges promptly.
• Prepare regular production reports for senior management.

Required profile

• HND in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or a related science field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant production experience, preferably in a water manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and production processes.
