Product Manager

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth and innovation. The role works closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps, defining product vision, strategy and goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and deliver product features and enhancements
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies and successful product launches
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to improve features and usability
• Communicate product updates and the roadmap to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 2 years of product management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Proven track record of launching and managing products from concept to market
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

Required skills

• Experience in agile development environments is a plus
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana or Trello
