Product Consultant – Junior to Mid Level

About the role

The Product Consultant will drive end‑to‑end delivery of products and projects for both new and existing clients. Working within a delivery team, you will translate client needs into actionable product requirements and ensure successful execution from ideation through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document product requirements (BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Map and refine onboarding flows, core journeys and key events.
• Translate feedback and usage data into actionable insights.
• Conduct industry, competitor and user research to inform product strategy.
• Coordinate internal teams, including engineering and QA, to deliver features on time.
• Manage sprint planning, refinements, demos and retrospectives.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance tests and validate releases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and optimize growth efforts.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, gather feedback and drive client satisfaction.

Required profile

• First degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in product management, business analysis or project delivery.
• Professional qualifications in Business Analysis, Product Management or Project Management are a plus.
