Plant Operations Manager

About the role

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for driving plant performance, leading technical teams, and delivering exceptional customer service? Zenith Precision Limited is expanding its Plant Operations division and is looking for a Plant Operations Manager to lead multi‑site customer operations across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across multiple customer production plants.
• Manage Plant Supervisors and technical teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and compliance with customer SLAs.
• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Manage operational costs, assets, consumables and spare parts.
• Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• B.Sc./HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial or Production Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance or technical service delivery.
• Proven experience leading technical or plant operations teams.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Packaging, Industrial Automation, Coding & Marking or similar industries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, planning and customer management skills.
