Director of Operations

About the role

The Director of Operations is a senior strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving the operational frameworks, governance structures and business processes that enable Cavista Holdings and its portfolio companies to scale effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute group‑wide operational strategies that support sustainable growth across Cavista Holdings and its portfolio companies.
• Design, implement and continuously enhance policies, procedures, governance frameworks and operating standards.
• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, internal controls and management frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives, streamline workflows and implement scalable solutions.
• Drive digital transformation, process automation and technology enablement to enhance decision‑making and operational visibility.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and strategic growth through operational due diligence and integration planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of progressive operational leadership experience, including at least 8 years in a senior operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Experience in a holdings company, private‑equity portfolio or diversified business group.
• Proven track record designing enterprise‑wide policies, governance frameworks and business‑process improvements.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, and process‑mapping methodologies.
