About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operational activities at Dynafleet in Lagos. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating field personnel, and ensuring timely operational reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operational activities.
- Supervise and coordinate operations staff and field personnel.
- Address operational staff issues and report serious disciplinary matters to HR/Management.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of operational reports.
Required profile
- BSC in any related field.
- Experience in shipping and Logistics (SEA SHIPPINGS) with at least 36 months.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.
