Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will ensure the smooth running of daily business activities at Davidorlah Farms. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor performance, and help drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations across all departments.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity and performance.
• Allocate tasks, follow up on progress and ensure timely completion.
• Track inventory, supplies, equipment and other company resources.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders.
• Enforce company policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Resolve customer or operational issues promptly.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and improve overall efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, administration or a similar role.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage daily business activities.
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
