Officer, Digital & Enablement

About the role

The Officer, Digital & Enablement will champion digital transformation across the Enterprise Banking division. You will be responsible for promoting, supporting and continuously improving the Enterprise Banking 360 app and related digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the adoption and optimisation of the Enterprise Banking 360 application.
• Identify, design and implement digital solutions that enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital projects with strategic objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead change management activities to ensure smooth rollout of new digital tools.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field; an additional degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development or digital enablement roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute segment value propositions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment and reporting.
