Nigeria Partnerships Officer

About the role

The Nigeria Partnerships Officer will support the delivery of the five‑year Pathways to Scale project, which aims to grow women‑led enterprises in rural areas. Reporting to the Nigeria Partnerships Manager, the role is based in Lagos and focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage strategic partnerships for the Pathways to Scale project in Nigeria.
• Engage and maintain relationships with local partners, including Entrepreneur Support Organisations and the Access to Finance partner Seedstars.
• Support stakeholder coordination and facilitate communication among project partners.
• Monitor project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Provide assistance to existing Nigeria partners and help resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to the overall successful delivery of project outcomes.

Required profile

• Works under the supervision of the Nigeria Partnerships Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to support development, coordination, and management of strategic partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in monitoring project activities and supporting partner organisations.
