About the role
The National Sales Director will shape and execute the company’s sales strategy to drive growth across the market. This senior leadership position requires a visionary approach to building high‑performing teams, expanding market presence, and delivering consistent revenue results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, enhancing skills and professional competencies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, produce regular reports, and ensure goal attainment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to support successful sales initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of sales management experience.
- Proven ability to formulate and execute sales strategies that achieve targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
