National MOT Manager

About the role

The National MOT Manager will lead the open market and modern trade channels for Nigeria Distilleries Limited’s prime strategic business unit. This senior position drives market expansion, merchandising excellence, and profitability across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee business affairs for open market and modern trade channels, ensuring effective coordination of all activities.
• Ensure products are merchandised and promoted to boost growth and unit profitability.
• Drive listing and introduction of new brands, integrating them into the market and expanding the portfolio.
• Coordinate price surveys and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
• Report competitor activities and market trends to inform proactive strategy adjustments.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc./HND or MBA in sales, marketing or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in brand, commercial or trade marketing.
