Membership & Community Manager – Luxury Women’s Club

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven, service‑oriented professional to lead membership growth and community engagement for a premium women’s private members club in Lagos. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the full member journey—from onboarding through renewal—ensuring an exceptional experience that reflects the club’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, and oversee onboarding and renewal processes.
• Provide concierge‑level support to deliver a seamless and memorable member experience.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events, wellness programmes and community activities.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships and member‑engagement campaigns.
• Collect feedback, monitor satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, private members clubs, premium lifestyle or high‑touch service environments.
• Proven track record in membership sales, business development or CRM management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong familiarity with Lagos’ premium lifestyle market.
• Passion for community building and delivering exceptional service.
