Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote Akso Pharmaceutical's portfolio to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in Lagos. This entry‑level position focuses on building relationships, presenting product benefits and supporting customers after purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct meetings with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
• Present and promote company products to existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide after‑sales support and maintain strong client relationships.
• Organise conferences, seminars and group presentations for medical professionals.
• Attend industry events, training sessions, company meetings and workshops.
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing and market trends.
• Process and submit purchase orders promptly.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and territory analysis to management.

Required profile

• Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry or related science.
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in medical sales.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Residence near Lekki and its environs.
