Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our overall Marketing and Communications strategy and execution. The role involves planning events, managing brand consistency, and driving innovative campaigns to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall Marketing and Communications strategy and execution.
• Plan and manage events, media activities, exhibitions, training sessions, and roadshows.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent branding across all channels.
• Handle internal and external communications, including PR and media relations.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute promotional activities effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Deliver high‑impact presentations to senior management and headquarters.
• Manage budget planning and tracking, including forecasting, backlog monitoring, and P&L oversight.
• Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong understanding of the security industry/market is preferred.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Highly adaptable and agile, able to respond quickly to changing business needs.
• Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
