About the role

The Logistics Operations Leader is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that boost operational efficiency, cut costs, and elevate service delivery. This role leads cross‑functional teams, manages key partner and supplier relationships, and ensures compliance with local and international shipping regulations while driving continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse logistics KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers and external partners.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and optimise processes.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Conduct regular audits of logistics processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop training programmes to enhance staff skills and operational knowledge.
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Identify automation and optimisation opportunities, including sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4‑5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience managing budgets and cost control within logistics.
• Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and compliance.

• Proficiency with logistics software and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
