Lead Credit and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Lead Credit and Marketing Officer will drive both credit underwriting and business development activities for Redoak Trust and Investment Limited. This dual‑focused role blends financial analysis with strategic marketing to expand the company’s loan portfolio and client base.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and onboard new clients for the firm’s financial products.
• Conduct credit assessments, evaluate loan applications and prepare credit proposals for approval.
• Monitor loan performance, ensure timely repayments and report on credit risk.
• Develop and execute marketing and business‑development strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities and credit performance.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet business growth and loan‑portfolio targets.
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and loan management.
