About the role
The Key Account Manager – West Africa will own and grow strategic key accounts on our two‑sided B2B platform, driving adoption and commercial performance across the region. You will act as a trusted partner for both existing and prospective clients, guiding them through onboarding, early usage and ongoing value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts across West Africa.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Identify, engage and onboard new clients to the platform.
- Drive platform adoption, ensuring clients actively transact and realize measurable value.
- Balance new account acquisition with growth and retention of existing accounts.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑management and commercial judgment.
- Ability to operate independently in a hands‑on environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools and data to support workflow.
- Experience engaging pharmaceutical or healthcare customers.
