About the role
Renmoney is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join its Finance and Operations team in Lagos. You will support day‑to‑day financial processing, bank reconciliations, schedule preparation, and audit activities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process expense requests, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
- Post routine financial transactions to the accounting system, assigning them to correct GL accounts and cost centres.
- Prepare regular bank reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and follow up with relevant teams.
- Maintain assigned financial schedules, assist with month‑end closing, and provide data for management reports.
- Support internal and external audits by supplying required documents, schedules, and responding to queries.
Required profile
- Strong accounting fundamentals.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a fast‑moving finance environment.
- Comfortable handling financial transactions, reconciliations, and documentation.
