IT System Manager – Enterprise Applications

About the role

Join Harcadiax Systems Ltd as an IT System Manager responsible for leading the implementation, administration and support of core enterprise applications across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technology solutions and ensure system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, administration, and ongoing support of ERP, DMS, CRM and other enterprise business applications.
• Manage end‑to‑end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, training and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Oversee relationships with software vendors, implementation partners and consultants to ensure successful delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot application and system issues, support integrations, databases, reporting, data migration and maintain system performance and reliability.
• Administer enterprise application users, roles, permissions, access controls and maintain comprehensive system documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience implementing, administering or managing ERP, DMS, CRM or similar enterprise applications.
• Proven track record leading software implementation projects with strong understanding of business processes.
• Experience working with software vendors and implementation partners, demonstrating strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Automotive or aviation industry experience is a plus.
