Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and align people initiatives with business objectives. The role reports directly to senior leadership and will shape a high‑performance, employee‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business plan.
• Advise senior leadership on HR matters and act as a trusted partner.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding and retention.
• Design and manage performance management, learning, and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and conflict mediation.
• Lead payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports for strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct weekly team check‑ins, address underperformance, and foster continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in IT or Real Estate sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, recruitment, talent and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English with high emotional intelligence and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Meet
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with Stack (HR‑related platform)
