HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function at JV Management Consulting Limited in Lagos. The role involves shaping HR policies, overseeing recruitment and employee relations, and providing strategic support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
• Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances professionally.
• Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide strategic HR support to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
