HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Lagos. You will align HR strategy with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the growth of our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution and compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
• Coordinate training, development programmes and succession planning.
• Administer performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
• Handle compensation, benefits and employee welfare initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate management reports.
• Assist senior management with workforce planning and organisational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
