Head of Operations – Logistics & Fulfilment

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to strengthen our warehouse and fulfilment capabilities. The role will drive operational coordination, process improvement, and inventory control while partnering with warehouse teams to boost efficiency, discipline, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, put‑away, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and facility infrastructure for safety and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Enforce HSE protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with fleet, client service, operations, and tech teams for seamless execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions under pressure.
• Prepare accurate reports using WMS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, facility management, or logistics leadership.
• Experience managing multi‑client or high‑volume warehouse environments is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site and respond to facility issues in real time.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on operational demands.
