About the role

The Graduate Trainee program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across various HR functions within Gabtar Investment Ltd. Participants will rotate through departments, receive structured training and support daily operations while developing professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs and on‑the‑job learning.
• Support daily operations and projects across assigned departments.
• Learn company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Assist senior staff with tasks, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct basic research, data entry, and analysis as required.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Apply learned skills to improve work processes and performance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a minimum of an HND in a relevant field.
• Completion of NYSC or currently serving (where applicable).
• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and related tools).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new environments.
