Full-Time Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy

About the role

Crux Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our community-focused team in Lagos. You will play a key role in delivering personalized patient care while leveraging our digital tools and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide thorough medication counseling.
• Monitor patient health and therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient, comprehensive care.
• Stay current on pharmaceutical developments, regulations, and technology.
• Participate in company events and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacist license in Nigeria.
• Experience in retail or community pharmacy settings.
• Strong customer‑centric attitude with upselling and cross‑selling abilities.
• Passion for patient care and excellent communication skills.
• Team player eager to share knowledge and support colleagues.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.
