Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Lagos. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of enterprise applications. You will work on scalable, secure solutions that support workforce and organisational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain frontend and backend components of enterprise software.
• Build integrated ERP modules for workforce operations, workflow management, reporting and approvals.
• Create clean, intuitive UI/UX designs using Figma and translate them into responsive web interfaces.
• Develop high‑performance frontend applications with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement secure backend services using Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, Python, Django, FastAPI or PHP Laravel.
• Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to support complex organisational data.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into working software features.
• Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to technical architecture decisions.
