Frontend Developer (Angular / React)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer proficient in Angular and/or React to join our fast‑growing micro‑finance institution. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers and product managers to build clean, responsive web applications that support our digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy high‑quality, scalable web applications using Angular (v8+) and/or React.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend developers to turn business requirements into functional UI components.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate frontend logic with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and other agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in frontend development.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, accessibility standards and agile methodologies.

Required skills

• Angular (Angular 8+) and/or React.js.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• State‑management libraries such as Redux or NgRx.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend‑backend integration.
• Version control using Git, GitHub or GitLab.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (optional but advantageous).
• Testing frameworks like Jest, Jasmine or Cypress.
• Responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
