About the role

Mamo Sphere is building a grassroots micro‑finance movement in Nigeria and is looking for passionate individuals to join the founding team on site in Ota, Ogun State. This is an intense, hands‑on role where you will help shape the company from day one and directly impact informal traders and small businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market outreach to identify and engage informal traders.
• Form and organize community groups for micro‑loan programs.
• Manage daily operations and field collections.
• Support investor outreach and fundraising activities.
• Develop training systems and financial education materials from scratch.
