Field Sales Representative (Healthcare)

About the role

Plexa Health is looking for its first field sales representative in Benin City to drive adoption of its unified healthcare API network. You will pioneer a greenfield territory, building relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare stakeholders to introduce a platform that connects EMR, lab and insurance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics and key decision‑makers in the private healthcare sector.
• Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, onboarding sessions and follow‑up visits.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
• Achieve outreach and engagement targets set by the founder.
• Hand over signed accounts to the CTO for technical onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven sales or field‑agent experience in pharma, medical devices, health‑insurance, health‑tech or fintech.
• Based in Benin City with an existing network in the local healthcare or business community.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, organized and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to explain technical products clearly to non‑technical buyers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic productivity apps.
