Facility / Admin Officer

About the role

Taeillo, a Nigerian furniture design and manufacturing company, is seeking a Facility / Admin Officer to preserve factory and office infrastructure, manage utilities and machinery maintenance, enforce HSE regulations, and coordinate daily facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Inspections – conduct monthly audits, inspect properties and maintain servicing schedules for machinery and office equipment.
• Utilities & Energy Management – supervise procurement and distribution of diesel, water and power, and monitor energy consumption across generators and the grid.
• HSE & Compliance – ensure all facilities comply with statutory health, safety, environmental and security regulations.
• Equipment & Asset Supervision – oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, installations and movements of technical equipment within factory and office spaces.

Required profile

• Education – B.Sc or HND in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Experience – proven experience as a Facilities Officer, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Knowledge – strong understanding of technical/engineering operations, machinery maintenance and facilities‑management SOPs.
• Core Competencies – execution focus, analytical mindset and adaptable leadership.
