Executive Assistant – Legal & Family Support

About the role

The role supports a senior legal professional and his family by managing communications, calendar, household logistics and occasional social‑media activities. It combines high‑level administrative duties with personal support in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inbox & communication triage using Outlook delegate access to handle billing notices, court deadlines and partner messages while protecting personal channels.
• Calendar management to maintain a conflict‑free schedule across arbitration hearings, directorship duties, family commitments and corporate meetings.
• Household and domestic coordination, including weekly syncs with nannies, procurement of groceries and supplies, and tracking household spending.
• Light social‑media support for family Instagram accounts, including captioning, posting and responding to comments.
• Travel and logistics planning for local and international trips, visas, flights, hotels and ground transport, in collaboration with drivers and office logistics staff.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong ability to anticipate priorities and protect deep‑work time blocks.
• Comfort handling confidential legal and personal information.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Outlook (delegate access and email management).
• Microsoft Teams for board scheduling and stakeholder communication.
• Instagram for basic content posting and engagement.
