Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative and executive support to the Group Managing Director (GMD). This role combines calendar management, travel coordination, content creation and stakeholder communication in a fast‑paced retail, fashion and FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the GMD’s schedule, arrange meetings, appointments and travel, and provide real‑time calendar updates and reminders.
• Attend all events, meetings and engagements with the GMD, including weekends or after‑hours when required.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Create and draft social‑media captions, event recaps and other brand communications; support photography and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Research trends and assist with personal‑branding initiatives.
• Handle flight, hotel, visa and itinerary bookings for the GMD and team, and coordinate logistics for business events.
• Maintain confidentiality, manage correspondence and act as a professional liaison with internal teams, high‑level stakeholders and partners.
• Organise digital and physical files, expense logs and track project deliverables and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with Canva and major social‑media platforms.
• Basic photography, video capture/editing and copywriting skills.
