Entrepreneur Experience Analyst

About the role

Endeavor is a global network of entrepreneurs scaling businesses, founded in 1997. Its Entrepreneur Experience (EX) team delivers high-impact programs and tailored support to founders. As an EX Analyst, you will work in two areas: Growth, serving Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and Selection, identifying and evaluating high-potential founders. During the first 3-6 months you will learn the mission, network and approach, and start guiding entrepreneurs through the Selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential entrepreneurs and guide them through the Selection journey, preparing analysis for the selection team.
• Build trusted relationships with founders, monitor their companies' day-to-day operations and growth challenges (talent, culture, go-to-market, M&A, fundraising), and propose mentor connections.
• Cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs and mentors locally and globally to match founders with the right support.
• Support founder community events such as retreats, Takyas, Majlis gatherings and fireside chats, covering outreach, agendas, speakers and coordination.
• Design and deliver founder programs such as webinars, retreats and market access tours, and turn recurring founder needs into new programs and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (completed higher education).
• 1-2 years of work experience in scale-ups, consulting (strategic or accounting), investment funds, or other accelerators/ecosystem institutions.
• Fluent English for reading, writing and meetings, and willingness to travel locally and internationally.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, reliability, intellectual curiosity, adaptability and ability to work in ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Organizational discipline managing multiple accounts and projects in parallel.
• Beginner-intermediate use of AI in workflows; knowledge of G-Suite, Salesforce, Notion, Asana, Claude and ChatGPT is a strong plus.
• Research and synthesis, and clear written and spoken communication.
