Driver – Delivery & Vehicle Maintenance

About the role

The company is looking for a reliable driver to handle the delivery of books, documents, parcels and other items to customers, schools, vendors and branch offices. You will be responsible for maintaining the company vehicle in a clean and safe condition while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver books, documents, parcels and company items to designated locations.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well‑maintained and check daily for fuel, oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights and engine condition.
• Report any faults, damage, accidents or unusual sounds to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all traffic regulations and drive safely at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage and vehicle maintenance.
• Arrange and protect goods in the vehicle to prevent damage.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Renew or report vehicle documents such as insurance, roadworthiness and licence when due.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum High School (S.S.C.E) qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar driving role.
