Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing, strategy‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital growth across our luxury retail, real‑estate, hospitality and education brands. The role bridges performance marketing, SEO, content, social media and CRM to drive brand authority, lead generation and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel digital strategies for e‑commerce, real‑estate leads, restaurant reservations and school enrollments, managing budgets across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Oversee organic SEO, local Google Business Profiles and content creation to capture high‑intent traffic and maintain premium brand messaging.
• Design automated email/SMS workflows in Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp, and optimise conversion paths across landing pages and checkout flows.
• Maintain accurate tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI and GTM, and present weekly executive dashboards on ROAS, CAC, CLV and revenue contributions.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive digital marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Proven success building digital growth strategies for e‑commerce, high‑value B2C/B2B lead generation or multi‑location brands.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into profitable decisions.
• Excellent project management skills to coordinate designers, copywriters and performance specialists.
