Digital Marketer – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, result‑driven Digital Marketer to join our real‑estate team in Gwarinpa, Abuja. You will design and execute digital strategies that boost brand visibility, generate quality leads and support overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
• Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across social media, email, Google Ads, SEO, SEM and other online channels.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters and social platforms.
• Monitor performance, generate analytics reports and refine tactics to improve ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences and competitor activity.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Optimise website content and landing pages for search rankings and user experience.
• Collaborate with design, sales and content teams to execute initiatives.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
