Depot Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Depot Manager to lead end‑to‑end depot operations in Nigeria. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant handling of products while driving strong delivery service to the market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day receiving, storage, loading and dispatch activities to maintain uninterrupted depot operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movements and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Enforce safety, health and environment standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, guide and motivate depot personnel to achieve productivity targets and adhere to SOPs.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum five O’Level credits including Mathematics and English.
• Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in sales or operational management.
• Willingness to travel within Nigeria.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP for inventory and stock control.
