Data Operations & Analytics Intern

About the role

Join DevRecruit Consulting Limited as a Data Operations & Analytics Intern, supporting our recruitment business with accurate data handling and insightful reporting. You will work closely with the data team to maintain clean records, build simple dashboards, and uncover trends that drive operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain records in CRM and core databases, ensuring no duplication or formatting errors.
• Review raw datasets, identify missing values, inconsistencies or outliers, and clean the data before analysis.
• Compile daily and weekly operational data and assist in creating scannable dashboards for leadership.
• Mine historical data to track key performance indicators and highlight unusual spikes or declines.
• Suggest and implement automation ideas for repetitive data‑entry tasks using shortcuts, formulas, or tools.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and basic data visualisation.
• Basic understanding of SQL for writing simple SELECT, WHERE, and GROUP BY queries.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau and experience with CRM platforms is an asset.
