About the role
The Data Entry Officer will ensure merchant and product information is accurately entered into the Moniebook platform. Working closely with the Onboarding team, you will prepare data for new merchants, maintain inventory records, and support smooth go‑live experiences for retail customers.
Key responsibilities
- Input, update and maintain merchant data, product catalogues, SKUs, pricing and inventory levels.
- Process bulk imports from spreadsheets and CSV files, validating format and completeness before upload.
- Prepare merchant accounts ahead of onboarding by populating required data within agreed timelines.
- Review merchant‑submitted templates for errors or missing fields and follow up to resolve gaps.
- Conduct data quality checks to identify and correct errors, duplicates or outdated records.
- Cross‑reference data across spreadsheets, CRM and POS backend to ensure consistency.
- Document data anomalies and route them to the appropriate team for resolution.
Required profile
- Junior‑level candidate with at least 1 month of relevant experience.
- Detail‑oriented and able to meet tight data‑entry deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, outsourced environment.
