Data Analyst

About the role

Redwire Marketing Consulting is seeking a mid‑level Data Analyst to join its Lagos office. You will design and maintain data systems, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and support decision‑making across the advertising and media division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data strategies, including databases, collection systems and analytics pipelines.
• Interpret data using statistical techniques and present findings in non‑technical terms.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, maintain database systems and ensure data quality.
• Identify trends in complex data sets and create analytical reports aligned with project scope.
• Manage user roles, process confidential information and commission/decommission data sets.
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards, filter and clean data, and troubleshoot code issues.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business information needs and propose process improvements.
• Train end‑users on new reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment.
