About the role
The Credit Manager will lead the evaluation of client creditworthiness, develop scoring models, and oversee the full loan lifecycle to ensure profitable and compliant lending.
Key responsibilities
- Research and evaluate clients’ creditworthiness and create credit scoring models to predict risk.
- Approve or reject loan requests, set interest rates, and negotiate loan terms.
- Monitor payments, maintain loan application records, and follow up on debt settlements and renewals.
- Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations and continuously update credit policies.
Required profile
- Work experience as a Credit Manager, Credit Analyst or a similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with accounting software and solid understanding of lending procedures.
